Trainee Accounts Administrator

Based at our Chorley Head Office

The Role

Entry Level Position, no experience required

Voted as a UK Best Dealership to Work For, we are offering an entry level position within our busy Accounts team. This is a true trainee role, suitable for those with an interest in accounts and a desire to learn. Full training will be provided, both in-house and through our chosen provider.

Key Responsibilities


  • Supporting the accounts function including banking, allocation of receipts, sales and vehicle ledger, credit control, purchase ledger reconciliation and balance sheet controls
  • Providing assistance in the preparation of reports and management accounts
  • Additional ad-hoc duties

Minimum Requirements


  • Must have at least 5 GCSE’S (or equivalent) at grades A-C (including Maths and English)
  • Must have excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must possess a high level of attention to detail and concentration
