We are recruiting for an experienced service advisor to join the Nissan team at Chorley's flagship dealership.
The role of Service Advisor is the public face of the aftersales department, and you will be providing a working relationship between service customers and the workshop department, and delivering excellent customer service at all times.
We offer a good basic salary and a bonus plan which allows you the flexibility to earn based on performance, with a realistic and achievable OTE of £35000 per annum. This is uncapped too, as well as having opportunities to increase this with manufacturer incentives.
Responsibilities for the role are;
- Dealing with necessary paperwork,
- Ensuring a high level of house keeping at all times
- Maintaining communication with the customer whilst their vehicle is being serviced/repaired and;
- Processing payments and follow up actions.
What we are looking for:
- Experience as a service advisor role is preferred however training will be given
- No specific qualifications needed
- A good level of computer literacy
- A keen eye for detail
- Someone who has a passion to make things work – keep moving forward to reach the finish line everyday
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
