So, what’s the role?


We’re looking for someone who is personable, enthusiastic and is ready to step up to the plate and take on the role of Business Centre Assistant, based in our Business Centre at the Head Office, Chorley. Sound interesting? Read on.

Now you’ve heard about us, this is what we want from you;


Full training will be given on all of the below, as long as you have the ability and interest to learn it. You'll do great!

Manage and control orders, from the point of order seeing it through to delivery

• Computer skills are key, Microsoft Excel is a must

• Organisational skills

• Strong communication skills, both to be able to liaise with customers day to day, as well as a team of drivers by telephone, email and in person

• Able to work cohesively, whilst also being professional, confident and personable with customers and colleagues

• Ability to work on your own initiative and to thrive on a challenge

• Full UK driving licence is required

• Keen approach to learn and adapt

• Able to work well under pressure

So, what will I be doing?


Let’s get into the good stuff, your role. You’ll find that no two days will be the same, there is always new & exciting challenges cropping up in the business, and you’ll need to be ready to meet them head on as you will have had training from our fantastic team.

But here’s a few bullets of what you can expect;

• Ordering vehicles and administrating deal files

• Liaising with customers and drivers to arrange deliveries and collections

• Processing and raising of finance documents

• Doing available/lead time checks on vehicles

• Setting up warranties on vehicles

• Performing customer handovers of vehicles

• Keeping on top of debtors

• Taxing and registering new vehicles

• Providing regular updates to customers on their vehicle orders

• Collecting vehicles from our compound and fuelling them in preparation for a handover

The bullets above give a general overview of what you will be doing on a daily basis. But as mentioned, the days can change at the flick of a switch, so you’ll need to be prepared for this. Don’t worry, we know you’ll do great.
