Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in road testing vehicles and diagnosing problems.
• Support in carrying out inspections, repairs, and services according to manufacturer standards.
• Help ensure paperwork is accurate and up to date.
• Aid in completing all jobs within agreed timeframes while maintaining high productivity levels.
• Collaborate with the service reception team and parts team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work area and protective clothing.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant formal qualification, ideally IMI Level 3
• Manufacturer training will be provided for the successful candidate.
• Must have a current clean UK driving licence.
