With all the recent lockdown and social distancing guidelines, Chorley Group are having to change the way we serve our customers. Our absolute priority is keeping our you and our staff safe - much of the investment in our safety procedures back in 2020 allows us to continue operating vital parts of the showrooms.

How are we keeping our showrooms safe?

All our showrooms are adhering to strict social distancing guidelines and using all the recommended PPE and sanitisation recommendations. If you are visiting a dealership for an MOT or repairs please note the following:

  1. No more than two people per party are allowed to enter the building at once. Other members of your party will have to wait outside/in your vehicle.
  2. Upon entry, all visitors must go to the sanitizing station. All visitors will be asked to use the provided anti-bacterial hand gel and use the provided gloves and masks.
  3. Direction signage will guide you in and out of the showroom to ensure a smooth flow of people in the people and reduce social contact with others.
  4. All provided PPE must be disposed of in the provided bin as you exit the showroom.

New Car Orders and Test Drives

We are still taking orders on new Nissan, MG, Kia, Hyundai and Motability vehicles. Unaccompanied confirmation drives will be available to confirm you are happy with your choice of vehicle. All our new vehicles are thoroughly sanitised by a team member between each and every visitor.

Book a Service or MOT Online

For your convenience, we now offer you the opportunity to book your MOT, Servicing and repairs online. Our team of highly-trained technicians will record and e-mail you a personalised video explaining any potential issues that occur during your service check, allowing you to make an informed decision on any further work. We will always provide a fixed price quotation before carrying out any work any your vehicle and we will never work on a vehicle until authority of the owner has been gained.
