Personal Contract Purchase (or PCP for short), is one of the most popular ways to fund a new vehicle. PCP finance allows you to lease a vehicle for a set period of time, often 36 or 48 months with fixed monthly payments and an initial customer deposit under an agreed annual mileage allowance.
During the contract you are essentially paying off the depreciation costs the new vehicle loses over the course of the agreement.
