With its practical load space and elevated seating position for greater visibility, the Nissan NV200 is a truly unique solution to urban logistics. Thanks to its impressive load capacity, it’s up to the biggest tasks, but is small enough to thread through busy city traffic.

The NV200’s exterior design features a Nissan signature front grille, aerodynamic front-end design and functional cabin design. Other exterior features include halogen headlights, durable black front and rear bumpers and outside mirrors with wide-angle spotter mirrors and available heated function. Body-coloured bumpers and outside mirrors are also offered.
Built on Nissan's proven compact commercial platform, the NV200 Compact Cargo offers high cargo volume capacity in a small exterior package. Added commercial flexibility is provided by the standard integrated mounting points, which allow installation of racks and shelves without drilling into the sidewalls, and six available floor mounted cargo hooks in the cargo area.
The driver-focused cockpit includes both comfort and functional features. The driver's seat is mounted in a high "commanding" position that is easy to get in and out of and provides a good view of the road and surrounding environment. The 6-way adjustable seat with manual lumbar and armrest is designed for durability with outboard vinyl wear patches. The passenger's seat is a 4-way adjustable design. Height-adjustable front seat head restraints and front door map pockets are also standard.
The Nissan NV200 Compact Cargo offers "Mobile Office" functionality with a center console featuring laptop/hanging file folder storage, pen/pencil tray, CD holder and dual cupholders. Recessed storage areas are provided on the upper instrument panel for folders and documents. In addition, the passenger seat folds down to serve as a worktop or lunch table, or it extends the cargo space for hauling longer items such as pipe or lumber.
During the development of the NV200, significant attention was paid to improving the impression of quality. A thorough review process lasting several months was implemented with a view to identifying those areas which permit the van’s strength to be instantly recognisable. The areas to benefit from attention include enhanced acoustics through greater aerodynamics, engine noise suppression and soundproofing to minimise the amount of road noise perforating into the cab.
The Nissan NV200 cargo van is built on Nissan's proven compact commercial platform and features an efficient and Euro 6 compliant 1.5 litre, 4-cylinder diesel engine, with two power ratings of 89hp and 109hp.
The engine is matched with the smooth and efficient manual transmission (89hp versions are linked to a five speed, while the 109hp is matched with a six speed). Fuel economy is one of the best in the segment, achieving between 50 and 55mpg on the combined NEDC cycle.
In terms of suspension, the Nissan NV200 is fitted with independent struts at the front for comfort and refinement, while the rear axle is linked a rugged and durable leaf spring configuration. Front disc/rear drum brakes with Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brake force Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist are standard, along with electric power-assisted steering and 15-inch steel wheels mounted with 185/60R15 high-load all-season tires.
The latest Nissan NV200 cargo van is available in three well-equipped models, NV200 Visia, NV200 Acenta and the range topping NV200 Tekna, and it is also available in a wide choice of exterior colours, matched with a grey cloth interior.
Basic Visia models include a respectable amount of kit, including Steering wheel mounted audio controls, rake adjustable steering wheel, trip computer, front electric windows, electrically adjustable door mirrors and CD player with FM and AM radio, two speakers, an auxiliary socket for MP3 Player, USB port and Bluetooth telephone integration.
Moving up to the Acenta spec, the customer also receives a colour reversing camera and front fog lights, while the top of the range Tekna models is fitted with cruise control, a speed limiter, manual air conditioning, a passenger airbag and NissanConnect touchscreen satellite navigation and entertainment system.
With the NV200, safety is also a top priority. That’s why NV200 is equipped with a number of active safety systems including Electronic Stability Protection (ESP), ABS with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist which increases your braking effort and optimises stability control.
