    What ‘Buy Online’ options are available?


    When buying online, you have the option of applying for financing, paying the full amount outright, and reserving with a fully refundable deposit.

    Do I need to visit the physical dealership to close the deal?


    No. In fact, the entire process can be completed from home, including free delivery of your new car when you live within 50 miles of our dealerships.

    How long does it take to deliver once an order has been accepted?


    We aim to ensure that all vehicles are delivered within seven working days. However, there are custom delivery options available that may help delivery to occur sooner. 

    Can I start an application online and finish in store – or vice versa?


    Yes. The simplest way is to create an online account on our website which can then be accessed from any internet enabled device. 

    I’m confused and need some help with the online application form

    Refund and cancellation period


    In order to cancel any online order for a refund, you should contact us prior to the delivery date as soon as possible. What’s more, if your agreement includes financing, you should liaise with the financing company immediately and in writing. Note that you may incur early termination fees. 


    How do I know if I can get finance?


    If you are over the age of 18, you will be able to apply for financing. Any application will be subject to checks for eligibility and a decision will be made accordingly. 

    What happens if I submit an application and I am not eligible for finance?


    In such a scenario, you may see a negative impact on your credit score. Similarly, there may be a negative impact if we’re unable to fulfil your order or you decide not to proceed with a purchase. 

    What happens once I complete a finance application online?


    If accepted for finance, you will be contacted by email which will confirm and create a formal contract.  

    Is it secure?


    Yes. We use a fully encrypted payment processor known as Stripe. This globally recognised provider ensures all payment information is fully protected and accepts all major credit and debit cards. 


    How do you work out the value of my car?


    All valuations are based on the market value of the vehicle as well as its overall condition and mileage. 

    What happens if we disagree over the condition description in the application?


    Any variation in the condition of the model upon a visual inspection - other than standard wear and tear - may result in a change of value. 

    How long is my online valuation valid for?


    Your online valuation will be valid until the expiry date on the order confirmation. Should the model be delivered later than this date, a new valuation will be conducted taking into consideration current market conditions.
