Nissan X-Trail on Motability - Space for the Whole Family

When you need a proper family car - the kind that swallows pushchairs, wheelchairs, muddy boots, and everything else life throws at you - the Nissan X-Trail steps up. It's Nissan's largest SUV available on the Motability Scheme, and for 2026, it's gone hybrid-only, with the excellent e-POWER system now standard across the entire range.

Available in both five and seven-seat configurations, the X-Trail is the obvious choice for larger families or anyone who regularly carries passengers and needs that extra row of seats. Packed with the latest safety technologies and Connect services, the X-Trail ensures you and your family stay comfy and safe while enjoying every journey.

Through Chorley Group Nissan, it's available on the Motability Scheme - speak to our specialists to find out more about the Nissan X-Trail on Motability.

Why get a Nissan X-Trail on Motability…

Inside, the X-Trail feels genuinely premium. The 2026 update brings Google built-in infotainment with Google Maps and Google Assistant, an upgraded 360-degree camera system that can peer around T-junctions, and the option of quilted chestnut brown leather on higher trims. It's a big step up from the X-Trails of old.

The five-seat version offers 575 litres of boot space - expanding to 1,424 litres with the rear seats folded. Choose the seven-seater and you get slightly less luggage room (485 litres with all seats up), but you gain that crucial flexibility for carrying extra passengers. The sliding second row helps balance legroom and boot space, and Nissan's clever luggage boards offer up to 16 different storage configurations.

There's a new N-Trek trim for 2026 too, which adds an adventure-oriented look with orange exterior accents, waterproof CellCloth upholstery, and rubber boot mats - practical touches that make a lot of sense for active families.
