Based at Burnley
We are looking for a Service Advisor for a 12 month, fixed term contract to cover maternity. The start date will be January 2024.
We ideally need someone who has had previous experience dealing within this type of area. Someone who is great at organisation and accuracy and has a fantastic customer service approach.
The role of Service Advisor is the public face of the aftersales department, and you will be providing a working relationship between service customers and the workshop department, ensuring excellent communication is maintained at all time and that customers get an excellent experience using our Chorley Group service departments, as well as the branch as a whole.
