For the Service Advisor role at our Blackpool dealership, we’re looking for someone who has ideally had previous experience dealing within this type of area, although it is not essential. Someone who has a passion, even an obsession, for organisation and accuracy that helps to make the wheels of their department keep turning whilst maintaining a fantastic customer service approach.
Good question. The role of Service Advisor will require you to gel into the working environment of the aftersales department at a location that supports the multi-franchise businesses we have there (Nissan/Hyundai/Kia).
You will be providing a working relationship between service customers and the workshop department, ensuring excellent communication is maintained at all time and that customers get an excellent experience using our Chorley Group service departments, as well as the branch as a whole.
This role is very much team based, so you mustn’t go riding off being a lone wolf in this one, the teamwork as a pack to get the job done.
Other responsibilities for the role are;
Okay, I can do that. What do you expect from me?
We expect;
When I join the team, what will I get in return?
When you come and work for Chorley Group, you don’t just get the privilege of telling your friends and family that you work for the North Wests favourite family automotive business. No, you get to benefit of having;
Great, where do I sign?
Well, it’s not 1950 anymore, you don’t sign for things – we use email today.
Just like your favourite book, you like what you read. If you’re interested, get in touch! Send over your CV to recruitment@chorleygroup.co.uk – and please, big yourself up, we love it! The more we know about you as a person, the better!
Advice:
Don’t ignore this opportunity. We know you’re happy, but shouldn’t you always be happier? Come in, check us out and fit in – don’t be scared of change.
We’ll see you soon.
