Are you passionate about the motor industry and looking to join a dynamic, customer-focused team? We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Site Logistics Coordinator / Vehicle Progress Chaser to join our Blackpool dealership. This is a key operational role supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth, efficient vehicle logistics on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site vehicle movement and ensure effective use of space.
- Progress chase vehicle preparation to ensure vehicles are ready for sale promptly.
- Manage forecourt and showroom displays to attract potential buyers.
- Support the Sales Team with all logistical needs to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Conduct transporter check-ins and liaise with drivers and sub-contractors.
- Fuel sold vehicles and ensure all are presented in optimal condition.
- Coordinate the workload of vehicles onsite, including client deliveries and collections.
- Provide off-site driving support as required.
- Assist with event and promotional site logistics.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a motor retail environment (preferred).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays with prior notice.
- A flexible and reliable approach to the role

Job : Full time, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm
Location : In person
Pay: £10 -£12.21 per hour
