Job Description:

Chorley Group at Wigan are recruiting a Workshop Controller to join the team. If you have experience running a busy workshop, preferably with a franchised dealer background, this could be the opportunity for you.

As an established business in Wigan we have a very loyal customer base, and this role is to organize the technicians work to maintain and increase the fantastic customer service levels delivered by our team!

We would expect that with experience in this role you know how to drive a team, managing the workflow and ensuring a satisfactory turn around for the customer as well as achieving departmental targets.

Key Responsibilities

Control workshop loading

Maintain customer relationships

Process management

Liaise with the parts and service teams

Diagnosis problem vehicles

Daily warranty

What we are looking for:

You will ideally have Kerridge and / or RTC knowledge

Manufacturer or franchise experience

A good level of computer literacy

Someone who has a passion to make things work – keep moving forward to reach the finish line everyday

Ability to work under pressure
