The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Assistant Aftersales Manager to support our Aftersales Manager in the daily operations of our busy aftersales department at our Wigan dealership. You will play a key role in ensuring high standards of service delivery are consistently met across our Nissan, Citroen, Peugeot and Hyundai service offering.
Chorley Group is a family owned and run, North-West based motor dealer group, delivering 5 star service across both sales and aftersales. With ongoing expansion at our Wigan dealership, this is an opportunity to grow with the business in a prominent role within the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Aftersales Manager in leading the service, parts, and workshop teams
- Maintain a strong focus on delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the aftersales journey
- Help drive departmental performance in line with business objectives and manufacturer standards
- Assist in monitoring and improving operational efficiency, profitability, and team performance
- Contribute to client retention and satisfaction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, and franchise brand requirements
About You:
- Experience in an aftersales Senior Advisor or Service Manager role is essential
- Knowledge of Keyloop and RTC would be a benefit as would prior experience of Nissan, Stellantis brands or Hyundai, though not essential.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- A clear focus on delivering outstanding client service
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to continuous improvement
