We are looking for Online Sales Advisors to join our Digital Response Team. The department is responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries via all our digital platforms, including live chat, our website, Facebook and third party website leads including AutoTrader, Carwow and Motors. As always, our customers will be dealt with in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.
We have 2 roles available within our Digital Response Team, both based on an average 25 hour week, working shifts of a mix of 1pm to 6pm and 6pm to 11pm on weekdays and 9am to 3pm and 3pm to 9pm on weekends. There is one full weekend off in 3 and days off in the week. There will also be additional hours available to cover holidays.
You will be working mainly from home and all equipment will be provided. Full training will be given via office based face to face and vitual via MS Teams, however motor trade experience is highly desirable with sales knowledge being essential.
