Due to our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Online Sales Advisor to join our Client Service Team. We offer a variety of set shifts throughout the week, providing opportunities to find a schedule that suits your availability.
The department is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries via all our digital platforms, including live chat, our website, Facebook, and third-party websites like AutoTrader, Car Guru, Hey Car, and many more. As always, our customers will be handled in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
All equipment will be provided, and full training will be given. Customer service experience is highly desirable, with sales knowledge being essential.
