Job description
Due to our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Online Sales Advisor to join our Client Service Team. We offer a variety of set shifts throughout the week, providing opportunities to find a schedule that suits your availability.
The department is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries via all our digital platforms, including live chat, our website, Facebook, and third-party websites like AutoTrader, Car Guru, Hey Car, and many more. As always, our customers will be handled in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
All equipment will be provided, and full training will be given. Customer service experience is highly desirable, with sales knowledge being essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow the company process 100% of the time.
- Maintain a fast response to all online and live chat enquiries.
- Build and maintain excellent customer relations.
- Manage multiple inputs across various systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and processes.
- Demonstrate the Chorley Group family ethos of 'Big Enough to Cope, Small Enough to Care.'
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Customer service experience is essential.
- Ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Experience in using typical IT systems.
- Self-motivation to meet team and personal response targets.
- Great written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritise workload.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work productively on your own.
Please note: If successful, you must be available to attend training Monday to Friday during the day.
