Call Handler Preston

We are adding to our team of call handlers in our outbound call centre, working on behalf of the busy Group-wide Aftersales Department and based in our Preston branch.

The main duties include contacting existing customers to discuss their MOT & servicing needs, when they are due and to complete the booking tailored to the customers’ needs.

This is a full time, 40 hours per week position, or a job-share of 2 x 20 hours. Please advise on your preference when applying.

As our ideal candidate you will have the following:

  • Motor trade Service Advisor experience, but this is not essential as full training will be given.
  • Confident & friendly telephone manner
  • Empathy & patience with clients
  • Knowledge of Kerridge, again not essential
  • Confident computer user
  • enjoy working in a target driven environment
