Accounts Assistant
Based at Chorley
We have a rare opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our busy accounts team at Chorley Group Head Office based in Chorley.

The position will involve;
- Daily Banking
- Weekly Banking reconciliations for all branches
- Inter Company transfers of invoices and payments
- Sales Ledger Debtors
- Reconcile payments against invoices
- Set up payments to suppliers
- Processing BACS payments
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Monthly various analysis
- Bonus analysis
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register
- Ad-hoc duties as required
What we are looking for;
- Previous accounts experience required
- Good level of literacy and numeracy is required in order to meet the requirements of this role
- Great interpersonal and communications skills
- Enthusiastic, well organised and diligent, with the ability to work to strict deadlines whilst paying attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities and take responsibility
- Good team working skills
- An aptitude for IT – knowledge of software packages like Excel, BACS and Kerridge (although not essential) as full training will be given.
